We want you to love every purchase from Blizzcouture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remain attached

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval instructions.

  4. Securely package the item.

  5. Return the item using a tracked delivery service.

Once your return is approved and received, our team will inspect the item before processing a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The wrong size was sent by our team

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

For approved errors on our part, Blizzcouture will cover the replacement or refund process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Garment Care Guide

Our garments are carefully crafted using premium African fabrics and materials.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your outfit:

  • Hand wash in lukewarm water

  • Dry clean where recommended

  • Iron on the reverse side

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight

  • Store in a cool, dry place

Material Composition:

  • 100% Cotton (where applicable)

  • Handmade in West Africa

Following these care instructions will help preserve the colour, quality, and finish of your garment.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Headwraps

  • Turbans

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery

  • Swimwear

  • Clearance or sale items

Sale and clearance purchases may qualify for store credit at our discretion.
